License terms
1. What you receive
A license to use the game build and its source files, plus thumbnails and descriptive copy, delivered digitally after the agreement is signed and payment is received.
2. Non-exclusive rights
You may publish the game on websites and apps you own or operate, rebrand it with your own logo and links, modify it, and monetize it with advertising or purchases. Fabbox Studios may license the same game to other customers.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the source files or assets as a standalone product, or claim authorship of the original game code, unless agreed in writing.
4. Support
Non-exclusive licenses include 3 months of technical support from delivery for bugs and integration questions. New features and art changes are not included.
5. Payment and delivery
We send a simple agreement and invoice. Games are delivered once payment is confirmed, usually within 1 to 3 working days.
6. Agreement prevails
This page is a plain-language summary. The signed license agreement is the binding document and prevails if anything differs.
